Transparency and flexibility are at the heart of my pricing model.

DAILY RATE

My rate is on average 1000€ per day. I always discuss with you the details of your goals and expectations, on discovery calls. It allows me to tailor a custom and clear rate for your project, most often depending on its complexity, impact and duration.

 PRICING MODELS

I offer a flexible range of engagement types. I select with and for you the best engagement formula to cover the specifics of your business and budget. I offer :

• Pre-defined engagements : a fixed amount of hours or days per week for a given duration based on a Statement of Work.

Ideal when you have a specific program to deploy, or if you need to reinforce your teams with specific expertise over time.

• Consulting packages : number of days valid over a given period, to be organized « on demand » as your needs evolve.

Recommended when you know the effort distribution will fluctuate or when milestones and activities can not be planned too far in advance.  Also perfect to cover additional topics aside a program.

Our very specific services :

• Mini-coaching ‘Expert’ : a series of appointments – usually on a weekly basis – during which I make myself available  to discuss specific questions.
• On-the-spot thinking sessions : generally half-days –  can be to immerse together in specific or time-sensitive questions, or to help you organize ideas and design an output presentation for a given audience.
